Jeannie McQueeny is a contemporaty fashion and jewelry brand. The company was founded in 2001, in Nassau, Bahamas.
Jennie McQueeny began to design on-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry in 2001. Her ladies redy-to-wear and custom-made line was launched in November 2004 when she added gemstones to a few kaftans. With encouragement from her son, Alexander, she added a small line of gentlemen's ready-to-wear clothing in November 2004.
Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Jennie McQueeny was inspired by the colours and balmy weather of her native islands. Education and marriage took her to the United Kingdom and the Swiss Alps, places which have also influenced her designs.
She is based in Nassau, but spends a part of each year with her husband, Nicholas and their son, Alexander, in London and Gstaad.
Her logo - a pug - is a tribute to these engaging dogs, who continue to enliven her life. |
