Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping
We use POSTEN for domestic shipping within Sweden. A flat shipping rate of SEK 350 is applied to all domestic deliverables. Deliverables can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days are returned to Maruschka de Margot. Normally deliveries take approximately 1-3 workdays, but we are not held responsible for delayed deliveries, since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings.

International Shipping
For international shipping we use UPS and will apply a flat rate of SEK 750. Delivery time varies by region

RETURN POLICY
Maruschka de Margot Webshop strives to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchases. An item may be returned wihtin fourteen (14) days from receiving it from the webshop. Assuming the items are unused and there are no damages you will recive a full refund within thirty (30) days from when the item is received by us. To initiate a return at Maruschka de Margot Webshop, please follow these steps:

• Write an email to webshop@maruschkademargot.com in order to receive a claim number. Your email must contain product description, size and color, and order reference. Without correct claim number we can unfortunately not accept your return. Please specify the claim number on the box when you return the item
• The returned item must not be used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged. Items that agree with the restriction mentioned above will not be accepted.
• All purchased items at Maruschka de Margot Webshop are delivered with a security seal. The security seal must be intact and still attached to the item. Please note that we will not accept any returns where the seal is damaged or broken.
• The product must be returned in original package.Shoes should be returned in the original packaging, which must be intact, since we regard the box as a part of the product. Bags must be returned in original dustbag, since we regard the dustbag as a part of the product.

If the returned items confirm with the above conditions, we will refund the full price of the product. However, shipping costs are not refundable. In case of return, you will be responsible for shipping and handling of the item yourself.
